How To Use:

1. Grab the top edge of the can Or the bottom edge of the can. (Don't grab the center of the can!)
2. Open handle and place the tool on the top of the can.
3. Squeeze handle and rotate.
4. Align rim with handle notches and slowly rock to open the top

This is without a doubt the best can opener I've ever used! I wish I had all the money I've wasted on the many useless can openers I've purchased over the years. This is a little pricey for a manual can opener but well worth every penny. It is very easy to position and is the easiest to turn even with arthritis in my hands and fingers. Excellent and works like a charm. Cuts through nicely, very smooth action. The only complaint, which is not a complaint against this can opener but I suppose against this type of opener in general, is that the resulting lid tends to fall down into the contents of the now-opened can and must be fished out by very careful fingers or a spoon. But that's gravity for you. Definitely satisfied with the purchase, best can opener I've probably ever purchased.

My wife has a wrist injury and has a difficult time turning the handle on standard can opener. We've tried the Zyliss side cutter type that cut the wall of the can instead of the lid of the can but they seem to cut inconsistently and rapidly seemed to get dull and harder to use.
